Terms & Conditions

At the time of booking, a non-refundable upfront deposit (the “Upfront Deposit”) in the amount specified below, as applicable, per person per Tour is due to the Tour Operator (the “Upfront Deposit Offer”).
Upfront Deposit: GBP - £200
Passengers who pay only the Upfront Deposit at the time of booking must pay the balance of TruTravels standard deposit of (£200) in accordance with TruTravels booking terms (here) on March 1st, 2021.
Payment of the balance of the price for any products or services booked is due 60 days before the departure date of the first product or service included in the applicable booking.

Sale discounts go live at 10:00 on 30th December 2021 (GMT).
Sale discounts finish at 23:59 pm on 31st January 2021 (GMT).
Bookings must be made during this period and no exceptions can be made.
Discounts cannot be backdated to any historical bookings.
Discount cannot be combined with any other discount such as Ex-TruTraveller or Multi-Country discounts.
20% discount is valid on all tours and departures up to 31st December 2023.
Bookings that are made Open-dated will have final balances reflecting low season rates (only applicable in limited destinations) - If you select a high season departure when confirming your date your final balance will be subject to change.
Bookings cancelled and rebooked in a promotional period will invalidate all discounts and your original balance will still stand.
All trips booked where you're travelling within 60 days of purchase will need to be paid in full.
