VENICE BANS LARGE CRUISE SHIPS

We all want to be sailing around Venice in a gondola, eating some fresh gelato with our BFF or love of our life, but with 10’s of huge cruise ships docking up and 10’s of thousands of tourists coming off, this can’t be good for the environment right? plus the endless pollution cruise ships dump into the ocean? CORRECT. It’s not good. Which is why, Italy’s government has put a ban on large cruise ships docking into Venice’s lagoon from August 2021. We’re here for it! Venice is a beautiful place to visit and we’d love to see this floating city thriving for hundreds of decades to come. GO ITALY!
