After another impactful year, we’re so excited to share with you all the incredible impact we’ve made together in 2024. At TruTravels, making an impact isn’t just a buzzword—it’s part of who we are. And with the establishment of our People & Planet Promise in 2023, we are more committed than ever to doing good. 🌱Travel leaves a footprint, but we’re working hard to offset every step

 

For every person that travels on a Tru tour, we have committed to plant trees, as part of our efforts to be climate-positive. Thanks to our partnership with Ecologi, we planted a whopping 53,738 trees in 2024! That’s not just greenery; it’s oxygen, biodiversity, and a whole lot of love for Mother Earth.

 

 

We also partner with PathNetZero to help us offset the carbon emitted from every single TruTraveller having the time of their lives with us on tour. Throughout 2024, we offset 2,717.849T CO2, which is equivalent to driving over 6,700,000 miles in a car.

 

These are just a couple of the things we do to help us be climate-positive and look after our beautiful planet here at Tru.

 

 

 

🎉 Fundraising For Good

 

Giving back has never looked so good! In 2024, thanks to your support, we raised an incredible £16,883.21 for causes close to our hearts, with fundraising events happening all over the world, in countries including the Philippines, Thailand and the U.K. to name a few.

 

And every penny raised has powered sustainable projects and helped communities thrive in some of our favourite destinations. Through these efforts in 2024, we were able to support over 20 community projects and charities across 10 countries, helping to positively impact 14,884 lives worldwide.

In 2024, 7,570 amazing TruTravellers joined us on epic adventures around the world. Whether you were salsa dancing in Colombia, living the island life in the Philippines, or trekking through lush jungles in Costa Rica, your travels made a HUGE impact.
